* [x] **Portfolio** – Introducing the **Portfolio Page**, a centralized hub where users can display, manage, and facilitate **royalty payments** for their entire collection of minted and registered PFPs.
* [x] **Designer Hub** – Introducing the **Designer Hub**, a centralized platform designed to simplify project management and ensure transparent, hassle-free **royalty claims** for creators.
* [x] **Growth** - Focus on attracting more **designers and users**, expanding our community of creators and collectors. Launch the PFP3 Discord.
* [ ] **Testnet Launch** – Deployment of **PFP3** on the Cedra testnet and initiation of the first ecosystem programs.

## Phase 1

* [ ] **Mainnet Launch** – Deployment of **PFP3** on the Cedra mainnet and initiation of the first ecosystem programs.
* [ ] **Launchpad Test** – Providing **partner NFT projects** with a test platform to launch their collections on PFP3.
* [ ] **NFT Launchpad** – Gradual transformation of **PFP3 into a full-fledged NFT launchpad** on Cedra.

## Phase 3

* [ ] **PFP3 Marketplace** – Launch of the **PFP3-exclusive NFT/PFP marketplace**, a dedicated platform for buying and selling **Cedra-native** collections that originated on PFP3.
* [ ] **PFP3 SDK** – Development of **a toolkit for easy integration** of the PFP3 generator into any NFT project/website.
* [ ] **Discord Bot** – Creation of a **Discord bot** to **track purchases and sales** of NFT on Cedra.
* [ ] **Generator v2** – A **next-generation PFP3 generator** with advanced customization:
  * [ ] **Layer-level control** for specific traits.
  * [ ] **Automatic NFT** for each individual trait.
  * [ ] **Community-driven trait contributions**, allowing users to submit their **own NFT traits** and earn revenue.
